1) Visit Phanom Rung Historical Park.
This magnificent stone temple, perched atop an ancient, extinct volcano, still holds wonders and mysteries of profound ancient mathematical calculations. Every year, the sunrise and sunset align perfectly with its 15 doorways. See the lost lintel depicting Vishnu reclining on the serpent Ananta.
